Theatre in the Camden LGA dates back to 1953 when records at the Camden Museum, kept by Camden Historical Society show the Camden Theatre Group called its first auditions. The group reinvented itself again and again over the decades and the Camden Musical Society is proud to consider itself the 21st Century incarnation.
